Monitoring for every client site. A status page in every client's brand.
Know about an outage before your client calls. UptimeEye checks your client sites, shops and nightly jobs, alerts you in Slack or Teams and gives every client a status page on their own domain, without UptimeEye branding.
Agentur plan €79/month (€66/month billed yearly). Trial without a credit card. Monitoring hosted in Germany, DPA on request.
Who notices first?
Three situations every agency with maintenance contracts knows.
The Monday after the plugin update
You updated 40 WordPress sites over the weekend. One has been returning a 500 ever since. UptimeEye checks every site every 30 seconds and reports the one that is stuck, with status code and response time.
The client calls first
Your client's shop has been down for an hour, and you hear it from them. With UptimeEye the alert goes to your Slack or Teams channel, and the client's status page shows the incident before the phone rings.
Expired SSL, silent cron job
A certificate on a client domain has expired, the client's nightly export has not run for days. UptimeEye warns you before the certificate expires and reports cron jobs that stop checking in.
Built for many clients in one account.
What the Agentur plan includes for €79/month.

Questions agencies ask
Where does the data live?
Monitoring runs on servers in Germany (Hetzner), backups are stored with AWS in Frankfurt. Checks from outside the EU only happen for monitors where you select such regions. For sign-in, email delivery and payment we use Clerk, Resend and Stripe, which are based in the US. The full list is on our trust page. Open the trust page
Do we get a DPA?
Yes. Write to contact@uptimeeye.com and we send the DPA for countersignature, usually within one business day.
May we bill the monitoring on to our clients?
Yes, that is what the Agentur plan is for: status pages without UptimeEye branding on your client's domain, billed through your maintenance contract.
We look after more than 10 clients. Is that enough?
The monitors cover around 150 sites and jobs. Status pages and client domains are limited to 10 each. If you need more, write to us.
How do we move over from UptimeRobot?
There is no one-click import yet. You can create monitors by script through our API, or we do the move together with you during the trial call.
How does the trial work?
In a short call we set up 3 client sites and one status page in a client's brand with you and unlock the Agentur plan for 14 days. No credit card, you decide afterwards.
